Terms & Policies
Effective Date: April 8, 2026
At Ama.s Body Care, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our policies are designed to respect both your time and ours, while ensuring the highest level of service and availability.
Booking & Deposit Policy
A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking through our scheduling platform (Setmore). This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your session.
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged up to 100% of the service value
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the session value
- The deposit will be retained in all late cancellations
One rescheduling request may be accepted with proper notice, subject to availability. Multiple rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect the next scheduled client. The full session fee will still apply.
Refund Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable
- Services are non-refundable once completed
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Unused sessions are not eligible for refund
Packages & Validity
Packages are designed to deliver the best results when completed within a structured timeframe.
- Packages must be used within the specified validity period (typically 30 days)
- Sessions are not transferable to another person
- Sessions are not cumulative or extendable
- All sessions must be scheduled in advance at the time of purchase
In-Home Appointments
In-home sessions are available upon request and are subject to availability, location, and scheduling conditions.
- Additional travel considerations may apply
- Preferred rates may be available for clients with their own massage table
- All policies (deposit, cancellation, refund) apply equally to in-home services
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to their session.
Ama.s Body Care is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
Service Disclaimer
All services provided are intended for wellness and relaxation purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.
Right to Refuse Service
Ama.s Body Care reserves the right to refuse service in cases where safety, health concerns, or inappropriate behavior are identified.
